Be an Apprentice

Apprenticeships are a fantastic opportunity which offer a flexible approach to learning, combining practical on-the-job training with technical education and skills.

Rather than being a student, apprentices are employees earning a wage and working alongside experienced staff to gain job-specific skills.

Step 1: Find Your Career

The first step to becoming an apprentice is to find the one that's right for you and your own individual circumstances. We have a number of routes to choose from, so we're confident that one of our pathways will put you on your way into an exciting career.

You can browse our full list of sectors HERE.

Step 2: Search and Apply

Once you've found an apprenticeship, you can apply through our website. We have a specific section to start your online application, which can be found HERE.

When you have clicked apply and registered your interest, a recruitment advisor will contact you via telephone/email to arrange an Information, Advice and Guidance Session.

Step 3: Find your Employer

If we feel that you are suitable for an apprenticeship, we can start putting you forward for vacancies we have.

If you already have secured a job or already employed, please contact us and we will work with your employer to create an apprenticeship training plan and get you started.

Step 4: Interview

If an employer likes the look of your CV, our recruitment team will arrange an interview for you. They will then help you prepare for it by offering tips, tricks and interview techniques.

Step 6: Start your Career

Fingers crossed you get the job! But if not, don't worry - we will be on hand to find you another employer.
