Our diverse construction programmes enable you to try your hand at a variety of different construction and building disciplines whilst developing your practical skills and insight into the construction industry.
You will study brickwork, carpentry, painting and decorating, plastering, plumbing, tiling and a variety of outdoor maintenance activities.
If you are looking for an introduction to the construction industry and aren’t sure which specialist areas you wish to follow these courses are suitable for you.
You will be taught in new, bespoke workshops and classrooms by industry-experienced tutors. It is anticipated that you would look to specialise in a particular field on completion of your programme, which could be through a full time study or apprenticeship route.

Studying at Middleton Campus...
You will be taught in our state of the art 4,500-square metre Technology Centre at our Middleton Campus. Under the guidance of our highly experienced tutors, you will have access to our industry-standard equipment located in our bespoke workshops.
I found that the course covered many aspects and was always challenging. My tutors were fantastic and really helped me to understand everything at a more detailed and thorough level.
